How much it costs to kit out a whole football team
The per-player breakdown, real examples with 15 and 18 players, what's included and how to cut costs without losing quality.

Kitting out a football team looks scary as a lump sum, but it's simple if you work it out per player and multiply. Here's the realistic breakdown for the 2026 season, with what's included and what isn't.
Prices per piece
- Custom sublimated jersey: from 24,90 €.
- Sublimated shorts (matching): 17 €.
- Basic shorts (plain, with crest and number in DTF): 9,90 €.
- Socks: 3,90 €.
- Name and number: 6,95 € per unit (optional).
A full kit with sublimated jersey + basic shorts + socks comes to around 38-39 € per player. With matching sublimated shorts, it's around 46 €.
What's included (and what isn't)
This is where many budgets balloon, so it's worth reading any supplier's small print:
- Your crest: included. We don't charge to print it.
- Sponsor logos: included on sublimated garments. Add as many as you need, at no cost per logo (on basic cotton garments, printed in DTF, from 4 € per logo).
- Shipping: 7,95 €, and free over 99,95 €.
This point makes a big difference: for a team with three sponsors, a supplier that charges for every printed logo can add several hundred euros you don't pay here.
Example 1: team of 15 players (budget option)
Sublimated jersey + basic shorts + socks:
- 15 jerseys × 24,90 € = 373,50 €
- 15 basic shorts × 9,90 € = 148,50 €
- 15 pairs of socks × 3,90 € = 58,50 €
- Crest and sponsors = 0 €
- Shipping = 0 € (over 99,95 €)
Total: 580,50 €, around 38,70 € per player, with the club's crest and sponsors in place.
Example 2: team of 18 players (fully sublimated, with numbers)
- 18 jerseys × 24,90 € = 448,20 €
- 18 sublimated shorts × 17 € = 306,00 €
- 18 numbers × 6,95 € = 125,10 €
- Crest and sponsors = 0 €
- Shipping = 0 €
Total: 879,30 €, around 48,85 € per player all included. These prices are a guide: you always see the final amount in the customiser before paying, with no quote to request and no phone number to leave.
How to trim the budget
- Basic shorts instead of sublimated: that's 7,10 € less per player and the look is still great.
- Split the cost with a Team Store: each family pays their share online and the club doesn't front money.
- Find local sponsors: a neighbourhood business can cover a good chunk in exchange for its logo.
The sponsor trick
Placing two or three logos can fund a large part of the kit. It's the formula thousands of grassroots clubs use: the business gains visibility every weekend and the club cuts its spend to nearly zero. We explain how to get them in this guide.
Price isn't the same as cost
A cheap kit that peels or fades ends up expensive: you replace it mid-season. We manufacture entirely in Spain by sublimation, with breathable technical fabric, and everything comes with the 3-year legal warranty. More ideas for trimming the spend in affordable kits without losing quality.
