How much it costs to kit out a whole football team

The per-player breakdown, real examples with 15 and 18 players, what's included and how to cut costs without losing quality.

Kitting out a football team looks scary when you see it as one big total, but it's simple if you work it out per player and multiply. Here's a realistic breakdown for the 2026 season, with what's included and what isn't.

Prices per item

• Custom sublimated shirt: €20.95.
• With the shirt, the rest is at pack price, applied automatically: matching sublimated shorts, €3.55; basic shorts (plain, with crest and number in DTF), €1.00; socks, €2.00.
• On their own, without a shirt: sublimated shorts, €8.95; basic shorts, €5.95; socks, €2.95.
• Name and number: included at no cost on sublimated garments; €6.95 per item only if you add them to DTF garments (cotton, basics, sweatshirts or polo shirts).

So a kit with a sublimated shirt, basic shorts and socks comes to €23.95 per player: that's the Pack Essencial. With matching sublimated shorts, €26.50: the Pack Total. You see it applied on the website before you add anything.

What's included (and what isn't)

This is where many budgets blow up, so it's worth reading any supplier's small print:

• Your crest: included. We don't charge to print it.
• Name and number: included on sublimated garments, at no cost per player.
• Sponsor logos: included on sublimated garments. You can add as many as you need, at no cost per logo, and spread them across the four areas: chest, back and both sleeves (on basic cotton garments, printed in DTF, from €4 per logo).
• Shipping: to the European Union, €9.95, free from €199.95; to mainland Spain, €7.95, free from €99.95; the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have their own rates. Pickup at our workshop (Cuarte de Huerva, Zaragoza) is free. And a re-order that goes in the parcel of an order that hasn't shipped yet doesn't pay standard shipping.

This point makes a big difference: for a team with three sponsors, a supplier that charges for every printed logo can add several hundred euros that you don't pay here.

Example 1: 15-player team (budget option)

Sublimated shirt + basic shorts + socks:

• 15 shirts × €20.95 = €314.25
• 15 basic shorts × €1.00 = €15.00 (pack price)
• 15 pairs of socks × €2.00 = €30.00 (pack price)
• Crest, name, number and sponsors = €0
• Shipping = €0 (over €99.95 to mainland Spain and over €199.95 to the rest of the EU)

Total: €359.25, €23.95 per player, with the club crest and the sponsors on. It's the Pack Essencial, and it's applied automatically.

Example 2: 18-player team (full sublimated kit)

Sublimated shirt + matching sublimated shorts + socks, with name and number:

• 18 shirts × €20.95 = €377.10
• 18 sublimated shorts × €3.55 = €63.90 (pack price)
• 18 pairs of socks × €2.00 = €36.00 (pack price)
• Name, number, crest and sponsors = €0 (included with sublimation)
• Shipping = €0

Total: €477.00, €26.50 per player with everything included: only €2.55 more per player than the budget option, with matching shorts. It's the Pack Total. These prices are a guide: you always see the final amount in the customiser before paying, without asking for a quote or leaving your phone number.

How to bring the budget down

• Basic shorts instead of sublimated: with the shirt, that's €2.55 less per player, and it still looks great.
• Order everything together: with the shirt, the shorts and socks automatically go at pack price (€26.50 for the full kit; separately it would be €32.85).
• Pick up at our workshop if you're nearby: it's free.
• Split the cost with a Team Store: each family pays its share online and the club doesn't front any money.
• Look for local sponsors: a neighbourhood business can cover a good part of it in exchange for its logo.

The sponsor trick
