2. What data we process
- Identification and contact: name, surname, email, phone and shipping address.
- Order data: products, sizes, players' names and numbers, the crest and logos you upload, and purchase history.
- Payment: handled by the payment gateway; we don't store your full card details.
- Browsing: IP, cookies and technical data (see the Cookie policy).
Children's data: in grassroots football, names and shirt numbers of underage players may be provided. They are supplied by the club or the responsible adult, who guarantees the consent of parents or guardians. EZ Sports Lab processes them solely to produce the order.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Managing and producing your orders — performance of the contract.
- Customer service — performance of the contract.
- Invoicing and tax obligations — legal obligation.
- Newsletter and commercial communications — consent.
- Site improvement and analytics — legitimate interest / consent.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. Newsletter data, until you withdraw your consent.
5. Recipients
Providers that supply services to us (payment gateway, transport, web hosting and image storage, email), acting as data processors in accordance with the RGPD (GDPR). We don't sell your data. If a provider is outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdrawing your consent, by writing to ezsportslab@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
