How to create your club's online store (Team Store)
What a Team Store is, why it saves time and money and how to set up your team's.

If you run a club, you know the chaos: collecting sizes over WhatsApp, fronting the money for the order, chasing the families who haven't paid and handing out garments one by one in the changing room. A Team Store gets rid of all that. Here's what it is, how much work it saves you and how to set up your team's.
What is a Team Store
It's a private online store for your club, with its products, its crest and the prices we agree with you. Each player or family enters with the club code, sees their club's gear, picks their size and pays their share. You don't front anything or manage sizes or payments.
The difference from the classic model runs deep. With the traditional order, the club acts as a middleman: it collects sizes, gathers the money, pays the full invoice and then hands everything out. That means someone on the board is playing bank and courier for weeks. With a club store, all you share is a link.
The real problem it solves: the admin, not the price
When we ask a club what the worst part of kitting out the team is, hardly anyone says "the price". They say: "there are always three families who don't reply", "in the end I pay out of my own pocket and then we'll see", "the kid grew over the summer and now the size doesn't fit".
A Team Store tackles exactly that:
- Zero money management: each member pays their share when they order. No advances, no outstanding debts.
- Zero size collecting: each family picks their own. If they get it wrong, the responsibility doesn't fall on the coordinator.
- Private code access: it's your club's store, not an open catalogue. Only those with the code the club shares can get in — knowing the club's name isn't enough.
- Prices agreed with the club: the terms are settled with you and are what your families see.
- Restocks all year round: a January signing enters and orders their jersey whenever they like, without setting up a new order.
What you can sell in it
The store doesn't have to be limited to the playing kit. Clubs usually include:
- Playing jersey and shorts, home and away kits.
- Tracksuit, training sweatshirt and polo with the crest.
- Socks, training bibs and accessories.
- Leisurewear for families and fans, which is often a source of extra income for the club.
That last point is underrated: a crested sweatshirt sold to parents and grandparents all year round can fund part of the club's sports equipment.
How it gets set up
- We talk and settle the terms (the club's products and prices).
- We design the products with your crest and colours. You approve every design before it exists.
- We publish the private store and give you your access code, which the club shares just once in the team group.
- From then on, everyone places their own order and we make it one by one, on demand.
No stock, no boxes in the club storeroom, no leftover sizes at the end of the season.
And the restocks: here's the magic
The design stays saved. When someone needs to replace their kit — because it's torn, it's lost or the kid has shot up — they go in and reorder exactly the same model, with the crest and sponsors already in place. Nothing to set up again, and no risk of the design "drifting" from the rest of the team's.
This matters more than it seems: one of the reasons clubs end up with mismatched kits is that the supplier doesn't keep the design, and February's restock isn't identical to September's.
What if we're a small club?
It works just the same. Since there's no minimum order and we make on demand, a club store makes sense for a veterans' team of 14 players as much as for a youth academy with ten age groups. In fact, the smaller the club, the less room it has to front money — so the more useful it is.
Lead times stay the same as ever
Every order is made to order: 10 to 15 working days of production (5-10 with the express option), plus 24-48h shipping in mainland Spain. It's worth telling families to order with time to spare before the league starts, because almost every club's orders pile up in August and September.
Getting started is easy
If you want yours, see how Team Stores work and message us with your club's crest: the terms are settled talking with you. And if you'd rather see it with your own eyes first, go into the customiser, upload your crest and check how it looks on our models: it's free and there's no need to sign up. Many clubs start by ordering a single sample jersey to show at the board meeting before taking the plunge.
